Can I check in early?

Check in is 3pm.  Please enquire should you need to check in early and where possible we will accommodate you.  This is not always possible if a guest is checking out the same morning as the changeover does take quite some time. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for this.

Can I request a late checkout?

Check out is 10am.  Please enquire should you need to check out later and where possible we will accommodate you.  This is not always possible if a guest is checking in the same day as the changeover does take quite some time.  We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for this.

Are there kitchen facilities?

Yes, both Parkers 1 (3 Bedroom apartment), and Parkers 2 (2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom) have full kitchen facilities.  Our studio has a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities only.

 

Are you dog/pet friendly?

Animals are prohibited on and in the property.

 

What are the house rules?

Check-in: 3:00 pm - 2:00 am
Checkout: 10:00 am

No smoking
No pets
No parties or events

 

Do you have special rates for weekly or monthly stays?

Please enquire with us outlining the dates you wish to stay and we will provide a discounted rate for this. For longer stays of 2 weeks or more, please note an extra cleaning fee of $50-$100 per week will be charged after the first week (depending on size of apartment). This ensures you will have a pleasant stay with fresh linen and a cleaned apartment every week of your stay. Your host will communicate with you further on this.

Do I need to bring my own linen?

Linen is provided and included in the nightly price.

 

Are there laundry facilities?

Both Parkers 1 (3 Bedroom apartment), and Parkers 2 (2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom) have full laundry facilities.  Our studio does not have laundry facilities.

Do you have lift access?

No. There is one flight of stairs to the apartments.

 

Do you have a port a cot and high chair?

Yes, we have a limited supply so can provide these on a first in first served basis.  You need to have confirmed this as part of your booking to guarantee it.
